Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made 30 days before expected date of arrival a levy of $30.00 will be charged. Cancellations 15 to 8 days prior to arrival a 50% charge will be made, 7 days or less pior to arrival the total amount will be charges. Same day cacellations will be charged in Full.
